Strategies  
    Financial Counseling   
  1. Establish a service that provides financial assessment/counseling services  without
    regard to ability to pay.

    Insurance  
  1. Enhance resources that provide information and counseling by partnering with groups
     such as the Senior Health Insurance Information Program.
  2. Design a coordinated effort to educate the community about insurance benefits,
    coverage needs and products and services available.
  3. Seek opportunities to partner with other organizations to effect changes in the
    accessibility of medical care, funding for long-term care, etc.

    Employment   
  1. Promote public awareness of existing job programs and benefits of hiring older
    workers.
  2. Enhance services for seniors that are offered within existing job programs.
  3. Promote senior job fairs in order to bring employers and potential employees
    together.
